Return to the gym.

After holidays, busy weeks and sickness this week was finally the week to get back in to a good gym routine. And since it is also release week for the LesMills programs it is a good week to start again. Yesterday was day number one as we started of with BodyPump. I have to say that the new release was really good, great music and quite some changes in the moves. We both walked out of the class with new energy and really inspired to become regulars at the gym again. Today I can feel the muscles the got a work out yesterday, and tonight there's BodyCombat on the program.
