A horrible night.

Not being able to sleep must be one of the most awful feelings. The reasons for it can many, to warm in the bedroom, stress or just some unknown thing keeping you from sleeping properly. Sleeping has never been an issue for me in general, I can fall asleep in most environments, I' m not bothered by light or noise and usually sleep good while sleeping. With a few normal exceptions, like when being sick or something similar. This year I've had so many nights with terrible sleep. Over a month I was sleeping bad every night. But I knew the reason and I knew that it would pass at some point, and it did. But lately I've felt off in general, tired all the time, tired through the bones and I'm sick of it. And last night was the worst one for a long time. Trouble falling asleep, waking up many times during the night, twisting, turning and sweating all night... at around 4 I woke up and couldn't fall a sleep again for over an hour. Finally I got up at 8.30. Not feeling in the game at all.
