Running aspirations.

I have had some problems matching my new working schedule with a good work out schedule. I have quite a lot of nights away, and the result of that is that some weeks the only days I can go to the gym is when I have days off and that doesn't always work too good. So my solution to this is to start running. I can just pack some training clothes and shoes and run in Aalborg or where I might be. The only problem is that I don't really like to run. The last 15 years I have been running about once every second year or so. That's usually how long it takes for me to forget how much I dislike it. But this time I have a plan. First of all I do have a purpose with the running, if I go running when I'm away, I'll have more time for other things on my free days. Secondly I have made music lists specially for the running. So that I have music that I like and that has a good tempo to run to. And thirdly I am starting easily. I have made in total 4 different music lists. With a couple of warm up songs and then songs with different tempo for a mix of high pulse training and recovery in between. My first work out program is 10 minutes warm up, 20 minutes of running/walking and 5-10 minutes of cool down and stretching in the end. It feels doable at this point.
